Aims and Objectives :
My aim is to provide a nurturing childcare facility which encourages children to develop in a warm, stimulating, homely environment where they are valued as individuals. By working in partnership with each parent I can ensure that each child and their family needs are met.
Ethos: Each child is valued and their well-being, development and learning are the main focus of everything I do.
Admission Policy: Once you wish for me to care for your child I encourage you to visit with your child for short period of time and then to leave your child for a few hours to help him/ her to settle. I have a 4 weeks “settle in period” which we can agree at the start of the childminding agreement, during which the notice period will not be required if either party wishes to end the agreement.
Emergency Arrangements: In the event of emergency and need of my outgoings only the person allowed to stay with your child except me is my husband Kalin. You will be contacted as stated in arrangement.
Routines: I try to work with each parent as close as possible to cover child’s routine. Morning time I provide a healthy snack around 8.30 am. I provide Lunch about 12:30pm. A healthy afternoon snack is around 4pm.

Information about how children with add needs are accommodated: I welcome children who have additional needs and by working closely with the parents I will try to meet the individual needs of that child. I provide an environment that promotes inclusion and diversity and aim to offer the best play experiences that I can to all children.
